Born in Samarkand and raised in a family of rabbis, Rabbi Baruch Babayev has dedicated his life to Jewish learning and communal leadership. After years of intensive study in Yerushalayim—spanning yeshivah and kolel from 1995 to 2011—he received semicha and went on to serve as a Dayan in various Batei Din across the U.S.
Today, Rabbi Babayev continues to guide Jewish communities through every stage of life, offering spiritual counseling, leading smachot, and delivering transformative lectures on Gemara, Halacha, and Musar. His weekly schedule includes daily Halacha shiurim, Gemara classes, and lectures on Emunah, parenting, and shalom bayit—many of which are streamed live on Facebook and YouTube.
Through shabbatons, holiday events, and the newly launched Keter Torah project, Rabbi Babayev unites diverse communities around Torah values. His message remains clear: true growth in faith begins by staying connected to a community.
